We want your VEYO order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. During launches, promotional periods or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Australia: Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

International: Delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include order processing time.

International Orders

VEYO ships internationally to selected destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees that may apply once the order reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not controlled by VEYO.
